Great dimsum spot in south Florida. Authentic carts and great selections and variety. Great place to bring first timers and always love how fresh everything is and being able to pick it on the spot.

Stopped in on my way back from a meeting. Place was relatively empty, about 2:15 in the afternoon. Didn't have much of a choice left in the carts, but what I had was very good. Wish there had been more available. The soup dumplings are about a six out of 10. still better on the weekend when there are more choices!

This so my second review. Just look at my dim sum meal. Enough said. Awesome. Authentic. Dim sum all day and evening. Strike with trucks going to your table.

I'll start this by saying that this is not your average Chinese food place. From what little I know with my uneducated eyes and palate it seems far more authentic, from the food down to the decor and layout. When I came in I was handed two different menus, but told by my server "order from here" and they pointed to one of the menus, which was more than a bit confusing but I rolled with it. The menus themselves are not entirely perfectly translated, and have an odd layout, luckily there are pictures of most of the food, however, since lots of it is dimsum, it all looks rather similar, so lots of it is a guessing game. I picked half a dozen dishes that seemed interesting essentially at random and hoped for the best. Look, I'll be honest, I have almost no idea what I ate. The only things that were spelled out were some crispy fried shrimp sticks, which were absurdly good, and greasy in the best way, and some black truffle dim sum which was also excellent. All the food was good and unique and best part inexpensive. For once I even got myself a dessert, which were some sesame balls which I thought I was familiar with but the size of the ones they gave me were absurd. Each sesame ball was massive. So, overall, neat looking place, great inexpensive food, but could probably work on a better menu or better explanation as to what's going on.

Steve & Kevin's Ten Ten Adventure: Having only read about The Ten and doing a deep dive before heading out, we were primed for a culinary experience. I had the knowledge that a party of two should get there early since big groups swoop in. That was correct. Upon arriving the young host asked us if we were next. Now we could have taken advantage of that but we acknowledged that others were before us. He came back and explained that we will have to sit a a big table with others, which happened to be a nice family. (Later we saw that there were many four tops occupied by duos so that's one lesson.) Having done my homework I had a list of items that I wanted to order. (Shrimp + eggplant! Scallops + yams!) I told the first "cart lady" (which is how I'll refer to them) my picks and she replied to each one, "no too early". Huh. She then sat down a plate of shrimp dumplings and told us, "you'll like this". Which indeed we did. Chock full of plump shrimp. A little soy sauce made them better. Ok cart lady. Good choice! We wanted veggies and there were bright green glistening Chinese broccoli. She drizzled oyster sauce over them and they were steamed perfectly. A top notch side dish. Then we became a bit stymied. Carts came by offering a variety of dishes and Kevin started saying YES! I didn't dissuade him. So we ended up with shrimp + chive balls, roast pork slices, baked bbq pork buns (which tasted like Bimini bread!) and an unexpected plate of fat gyoza. Each plate came in threes. To end the meal we partook in pineapple custard balls which became tastier as you consumed them. I don't really understand how they figured out our bill but it was way affordable so what the heck. Lessons learned: 1. If you have a small party tell them you'll wait for one of those four tops. 2. If you want a dish that's not yet available ("too early!") let them know that you'll wait until it is. Halfway through our meal the first cart lady advised us that everything on our list was available on another huge cart. But alas, we had an abundance. 3. Those ladies are out to sell and unload their carts. Don't feel pressured. Btw: they were all very courteous and nice. 4. It's a huge busy place! Take a breath and settle in. Enjoy the adventure. I/we can't wait to return and apply our lessons from our first go around. And take friends so that maybe we'll get a big table all to ourselves!

Back again for Dim Sum. Everything was delicious as always. We had a variety to choose from but usually get the same ones we like from the tall cart we usually get a shrimp/eggplant dim sum. We also like the Barbecue Pork Pastry. From the small cart we get Shrimp Dumplings and Beef Ribs. We ask for Flower Tea. It's great and has no caffeine. The service is great. The food is hot and the prices are reasonable.
